In August 2009, I completed a three-year assignment as editor for ANSI/TIA-968-B, "Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network." Adopted by the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachment (ACTA) in September 2009, copies of this standard are available from the ACTA at: http://www.part68.org/documents.aspx
"Field Probes as EMI Diagnostic Tools" appeared in Conformity magazine's 2007 Engineers' Reference Guide, pages 90-95, and again in the Conformity 2008 Engineers' Reference Guide on pages 88-93.
"The TIA's New U.S. Terminal Equipment Approval Guide" describes the TSB-129-A approval guide from the Telecom Industry Association (TIA). This article was published in the April 2003 issue (page 32) of Conformity magazine.
I was also the editor of the TIA team that wrote TSB-129-A. You can download a free copy of TSB-129-A and its addendum from the TIA via a link at: http://www.tiaonline.org/standards/committees/committee.cfm?comm=tr-41
"A Comparison of the First Three Editions of CISPR 22" was published in the Nov/Dec 2000 issue of Compliance Engineering magazine.
